Global
A significant proportion of our assignments are global in scope, as they concern the corporate or global category strategies of multinationals, or require insights into competitors or potential acquisition candidates with global businesses.
Developed markets
We have a wealth of experience of operating in the developed markets of Europe, North America and Australasia, whether working remotely to gather and analyse information, managing joint client-consultant strategy development projects based on client sites, or conducting extensive programmes of face-to-face interviews with our clients’ customers.
Emerging markets
In recent years, our assignments for multinational clients have focused increasingly on supporting the development of their businesses in emerging markets. For example, for one major client we developed a comprehensive new strategy for its South African business, and a regional strategy for Africa Middle East. We have supported clients with the evaluation of potential acquisition candidates in markets as diverse as Indonesia, Colombia and Russia, and delivered insights into how our clients’ competitors deliver successful performance in challenging emerging markets such as India, China, Nigeria and Brazil.
